1. PUMPKIN OVERNIGHT OATS
Ingredients
1 packet plain instant oats
1/4 cup plain Greek yogurt
1/4 cup pumpkin puree
1 teaspoon maple syrup
1/2 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
2/3 cup unsweetened almond milk
Directions
Place all ingredients into a Mason jar and shake or stir to combine. Cover and refrigerate overnight. Serve cold.
