Eminem’s prerecorded performance, “The Storm,” was part of the 2017 BET Hip-Hop Awards, and while he’s called out Trump before, he’s never done it like this. The 44-year-old rapper zinged POTUS for stoking racial tensions, decried his obsession with Twitter, said Trump could lead the country to “nuclear holocaust” and shouted out to unsigned quarterback Colin Kaepernick, who started the kneeling protests against police brutality and racial injustice during the national anthem. (Kaepernick himself responded positively on Twitter.) But Marshall Mathers saved his harshest lines for the very end, rapping: “And any fan of mine who’s a supporter of his, I’m drawing in the sand a line, you’re either for or against. And if you can’t decide who you like more and you’re split on who you should stand beside, I’ll do it for you with this: F— you.” Trump has, to date, not responded to Eminem’s lyrical rant, but some of the rapper’s fans were less than pleased. No matter. Over the last day, Eminem has a 76 percent positive score on Social. –Alex Shultz
