For a quick, pre-workout snack, Misty Copeland, principal dancer of the American Ballet Theatre and one of the faces of Under Armour’s UNLIKE ANY campaign, whips up this smoothie most days of the week. Packed with calcium, vitamin A and vitamin C, there’s also 17 grams of protein in this low-calorie drink.

Misty uses raspberries, blueberries and strawberries, but any fruit combination would work in this versatile recipe.
