The smoothie bowl base is a deliciously creamy blend of bananas, berries, almond milk, protein powder and nut butter. As for the toppings — the sky’s the limit — add fruit, nuts, seeds, granola, coconut, cacao nibs and more!

Ultimate Smoothie Bowl

Ingredients

  • 1/2 frozen banana, chopped into chunks
  • 1 scoop chocolate protein powder (I love Sunwarrior)
  • 1/2 cup frozen mixed berries
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 teaspoon almond or peanut butter

Toppings

  • 1/4 of banana, sliced
  • 1/4 cup fresh berries (I used strawberries and blueberries)
  • 1 tablespoon granola
  • 1 teaspoon almond or peanut butter
  • 1 teaspoon chia seeds

Directions

Blend all the smoothie ingredients together in a high-powdered blender until smooth. Pour into a bowl and add toppings. Enjoy!
