'We Do Not Have A Policy' Of Separating Families, DHS Head Says, Contradicting Policy

Homeland Security Secretary Kirstjen Nielsen defended the administration's "zero-tolerance" policy in a series of tweets. Former first lady Laura Bush said the policy "breaks my heart.
