We're Headed to Mexico for the Month (At Least in Our Kitchens)

We’re spending the month in a Mexican kitchen—without ever leaving our own, that is—and you can join us! Our Cookbook Club is cooking from Gonzalo Guzmán and Stacy Adimando’s (IACP finalist and James Beard Award–winning!) Nopalito all May long.

Nopalito is packed with 100 recipes from the popular San Francisco restaurant for everything from tostadas and tamales to paletas and flan. Our Club members have already been busy cooking up dishes (and mixing up a lot of cocktails!), but there’s still plenty of time to get in on the fun.
