Baltimore Police Officer Indicted On Charges Of Misconduct, Fabricating Evidence

Body camera footage appears to show Officer Richard Pinheiro placing a can with drugs in a trash pile and returning later to seemingly discover it. A grand jury indicted him Tuesday.

A video released last summer showed the Baltimore police officer appearing to place drugs in a spot he would later recover them from. A grand jury indicted him on two charges this week.
