The base of this superfood-packed smoothie bowl from yogi Liz Arch contains antioxidant-rich spinach along with protein powder, almond milk, banana and mango. It’s a great way to go green — and to start the day.
- 8 ounces almond milk
- 1 banana
- Heaping handful of spinach (about 50 grams)
- 1 cup of frozen mango chunks
- 1 scoop of plant-based protein powder
- Optional toppings:
- fresh kiwi, goji berries, coconut flakes, cacao nibs and chia seeds
Toss all ingredients together in a blender. Process and pour blended mixture into a bowl, add preferred toppings and serve.
