Piña Colada Overnight Oats | Recipe

No matter where you are, wake up to the Tropics by preparing these fruity overnight oats. With fresh pineapple and pineapple yogurt, your tastebuds might think you’re in Hawaii. Don’t worry: This recipe doesn’t call for a single drop of rum.

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 1/3 cups rolled oats
  • 1 cup 0% Fat Pineapple Greek yogurt
  • 4 tablespoons chia seeds
  • 2 teaspoons sweetener of your choice
  • 2 teaspoons pure vanilla extract
  • 1 cup fresh pineapple, cubed

Directions:

Add all ingredients to a closed container such as a Mason jar, stir or shake to mix completely. Store in the refrigerator for a minimum of 4 hours, or up to overnight.

Before serving, add extra water or almond milk until the oats reach your desired consistency. Add more pineapple if desired. Enjoy hot or cold.
